Owner, principal designer, licensed Architect, and licensed General Contractor, Phil Loper, has 25+ years’ experience working independently, as well as in other architecture firms, general contracting firms, construction project management and the construction trades. Also equipped with an architectural design degree (B.Envd), earned with honors, from the University of Colorado at Boulder, Phil possesses a comprehensive understanding of both architecture and construction practices.

 

Phil strives to provide a practical and streamlined approach to the design process. This can help to alleviate miscommunications and bridge the often present gap between what is designed and how it gets built.
