Phil at Paradigm Lost designed an 800 sq foot addition on my house. He was fast, well priced, and had excellent ideas for how to design within our budget. He also submitted everything for permitting, followed up with the City (even found an error the City made), and got us a permit in record time. Prior to finding Phil, we were working with an architect that quoted us double what Phil charged; and it included work that we found out we'd never be able to afford.
